How quickly will I receive a reply?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days, and often much sooner. If you contact us outside of business hours, we'll get back to you as soon as possible on the next working day.
Can you recommend a therapist?
Yes. If you're unsure who would be the best fit, simply tell us a little about what you're looking for. We'll recommend one or more therapists whose experience and approach are well suited to your needs. Our aim is to help you find someone who feels like the right fit.

Yes. Any information you share with us is treated confidentially and will only be used to help us respond to your enquiry or connect you with a suitable therapist. We won't share your details with anyone else without your permission.
How much does therapy cost?
Each therapist sets their own fees, so prices can vary. You'll find individual fees listed on each therapist's profile. If you'd like help finding a therapist within your budget, let us know and we'll be happy to recommend suitable options. Most therapists offer concession spaces to those on a low income.
